It has been reported to be released official OTA update on the end of this month.
After that .eu should be available also. We have to wait a little bit more.

If you are on Xiaomi EU custom rom you never relock the bootloader because in order to relock you need to flash a STOCK rom.

Installed 12.0.1.0 xiaomi.eu version today.

There is a problem with the contacts app.

When you habe enabled dark mode and search for a contact, the result window has a white background and is unreadable.

There must be a follow up update. Network selection has only 3 options. 3G and 4G/LTE are all "Preferred", there's no LTE Only or 3G only option. Unlike the previous MIUI EU version 11. It's a big help and convinience. Hoping for upgrade sooner or later. Thanks and God bless!
