Miui 7 Global Stable Rom V7.0.11.0 And V7.0.8.0

I started it here as I was running 7.0.6 stable from Xiaomi.EU.
Since China stable ROM 7.0.8 was announced at en.miui.com I was wondering to have a translation from xiaomi.eu.
And even now there is no translation by Xiaomi.eu
Might you will quess why?
My efforts were only to share my findings with others who might were waiting for it.

I dont know what language you need but xiaomi.eu 7.0.8 stable is avalaible since november 27 and it's not leaked

about global stable my poice is that since isn't officialy released it's just a beta and a beta stable it's a nonsense for all but testers, because people that wants stable neeeds almost bug free releases!

I had the same problem tryng to update from Xiaomi.eu 7.0.8, Someone told me it workded from 7.0.8 China

I had same message with eu 7.0.8 and twrp as well, but i managed to install twrp with WinDroid, and after that 7.0.8 without any problems.
