Miui 8.0.3.0 Problems

Just updated from Miui 7 to this Miui 8 Rom with a clean install. Problems I found until now:
I can't calibrate my compas. The Ball does not go rond the circle.
And: when I delete an Item of the home Screen, all the other apps rearrange. That should not happen.
Anyone else also these problems. Or a solotion?

They didn't relise the global dev before because of problem with the compass. I imagine that they didn't really solve the issue...

Also GPS is working very very bad, please confirm if its not just my issue

It all works fine . Except synchronization call log , and SMS from xiaomi cloud .
Last problem is the weather that does not locate .

This is Simply to solve.. go in setting and give the right to access at the permission to see sms and call log to mi Cloud app..

Same here. No 4g, also not with the newest update.

Try with miui 8.0.7.0 i'm not sure because i dont have 4G where i live so i hadn't any problems with these updates
