Miui 8 Beta. How To Enable Notifications On Lock Screen?

I accidentally turned off notifications on lock screen because of a third party app. I cannot find how to turn it back on. Please help

Shall I add that I enabled notifications in lock screen in both security settings and notifications and status bar settings . Still not working .

Edit, fixed. I had to install the third application again and re enable the settings from there. PS I was using floatify
