Miui backup

On the Mi Mix 3 Miui cloud backup does not work, i've tested all the weekly roms so far. Is there any solution? Thanks in advance.

Yes maybe, my account says that I occupy 0,1 mb of storage on the backup but I cannot backup as long as I leave it. Is there any file to delete that maybe is destroyed?

I don't know... Have you tried deleting it from your web browser instead of from the app?

I tried it by actually i cannot find a backup there. Tried deleting photos, i have 17 gb left, the problem is in the procedure when backing up.

I have no clue, it's working fine on my phone
Try settings - manage apps and see if all options and perimissions are turned on and try deleting cache

Everything looks good, cannot backup... There was a zip solution when there was a problem with the backups, i did it on my mix 2s and worked. Now unfortunately I cannot do it. =(

Can it be that my phone is encrypted? Is yours encrypted?

No, mine is not encrypted

Maybe it has something to do with this. I had the Chinese twrp, I'm sure I decrypted the phone when I set it up. Yesterday I installed the newest official twrp. Is there a way to decrypt it without formatting? Thanks.
