It seems that the MIUI browser cannot access the Internet while wifi is enabled. Other applications such as Facebook have no issue with wifi. I've already tried clearing the cache and restoring to default settings. I first noticed this issue on Jan 31st and I don't think I have made any significant changes to the device to trigger such an issue. This problem is also not specific to the wireless network as I have tried multiple wireless networks.
