It's just placeholders promoting the new UI it does not imply those devices contain that UI.

Early April before the entire UI overhaul is completed.

Those are all of their officially supported models and links to the most recent MIUI versions. The pics just have the new UI in the screenshots since all the phones will eventually get the new UI.
