Hi, I received my xiaomi mi2s and I'm new at Miui and android.
I added my gmail go the mail app, but I want to cancel the sync every 1 hour.
I want to sync manually when I'm inside the app, like in the iOS.
Another question, I want to save battery, what tips can you give me?
and tips for Miui?

to disable the auto sync of gmail, go to settings>account, choose google, then click on most top option. there you can disable the auto sync of gmail.
to save battery, use 2g instead of 3g. disable gps and bluetooth (only activate while using it). if you are in wifi area, use it instead of dataplan. and activate power saving mode (but i prefer balance mode).
for advanced user, try change the cpu governor to on demand. use greenify to deactivate unused apps.
normally 1 day with 3-4 hours screen on time is good enough.

Now another question, when I'm calling some one its vibrate when he answer, can I disable that?
And how can I disable Facebook sync with contacts?

But it is a cool feature, isn't it? The vibration is a sign that he picked up and answering the phone. Unfortunately for you, i can't find a way to disable that. For facebook contact syncing, just open your fb app, tap menu then settings. In far below you'll find setting to disable contact syncing
