Miui market fix please!!

The only way I can download it via wifi but my data is on its wont let me download anything it stay saying downloading for like an hour...anyone is having the same problem

Go to Settings > System > Mobile Network > Toggle "Data Enabled"

Open the Downloads app. Hit menu then select whatever the mobile network option is.
