No you just need to use the Multilanguage release. The over the air update isn't out for the English only release.

As far as I understand OTA is an update through Update APK. The link above is to the file download and then installing it through the recovery.
my question was about the OTA through the Updater!!
I do know how to download and install it by clicking the link in weekly release page.

After updating manually My I9100 changes de boot screen animation to one that shows a message 'Starting up app'.

The update by OTA didn't work.

multilang is ONLY for MIUIAndroid roms...

I try to install an app from play store without WI-Fi and allthough i untick the box that says "download only with wifi" and i have a good data connection i press proceed but it just keeps waiting for wifi and doesnt begin downloading. Anyone else has the same problem?

Yes, I had the same problem. Just go to the Downloads app and turn off downloading per WiFi only there. That fixed it for me. I wonder what this has to do with downloading from Play Store but it should work.
