what is the way to update my xiaomi redmi 6 pro (sakura) phone ?

i have stable xiaomi.eu rom miui v10.2 and i want to update to stable xiaomi.eu rom miui v10.3 (ROM is available) :

i need to update through TWRP or can i use stock updater app ?

You are already on xiaomi.eu ROM, so stock Recovery was replaced by TWRP.
You can update through TWRP or use Updater APP wich triggers TWRP anyway.
