MIUI v5 Weekly ROM Install

Hi,
I just flashed miui v5 Official build 3.8.30 on my razr XT910 using safestrap
Since there is a build every week.
Is there a solution to keep all my third party apps (eg. whatsapp, Games, facebook etc) Installed all the time?
OR
Do i have to install all the apps again & again every week?
How do i install the weekly updates without deleting my apps?
I know i may sound like a noob. But kindly help me if you know the solution.

Weekly install is without wipe /data partition... So your apps will stay...

Just install zip via CWM...

Just One more Question,
Do i need to flash the Gapps as well?
or they'll stay with the other apps as well?
sorry for bothering, but this just a one time harassment..

Hey,
Just Flashed Weekly 3.9.13 on my RazrXT910
All Apps Intact, Along With Gapps & All Phone Settings.
No need to flash gapps if you are doing a Weekly Flash.
