MIUI v6 locale help

Hi,
what I`m doing wrong?
I can not get Latvian locale to work...(to show up)
in miui v5 it was framework-miui-res.apk and framework-res.apk where values-lv-rLV and values-lv
now miui v6 dose not have framework-miui-res.apk it has miui.apk ?
I use jbart2a

ok found problem.... the program decompiles , moves values in decompiled folders but when compiles there are no values that i want...............

ok,
witch is the basic xml locales to start translate v6. or what program to use to recompile rom.
I took from Acid-miuipolskapl/v6-XML-Compare aries, and use jbart. but after houers of work I do not get translation. jbart skips broblem files or somthing that I dont get. is there any discustion abaut v6 how to ?
