Miui Video App Disappeared

Suddenly I can't find it and it is not in the system apps list. Installed the latest ROM and still the same.
I have MX Player but I can't open videos from the camera from the gallery.

Does anyone know how can I restore the Video app?

I'd suggest you to dirty flash the Rom and see if it comes back. Or you can maybe extract it from a previous build and place it in the system/priv app/ folder and then give proper permissions to see if it works
