Modem Updated When Flashing Xiaomi.eu Rom ?

Hello,

I have a little question: when i've updated my Xiaomi MI5S Plus from MIUI 8 (with xiaomi.eu ROM) to MIUI 9 (still with xiaomi.eu ROM)

Is the modem updated too ? (and fingerprint firmware...)

Or do i need to flash a "regular" XIAOMI ROM to do it ?

Yes, everything should update as with Xiaomi official firmwares.
