if you are on clockwork recovery 3.0 or above, go into rom manager, flash alternate recovery, and choose a clockwork in the 2.xxx or amon ra (recommended)

or you can adb push the files to corresponding locations
(/system/app for wallpaper, /system/framework for lockscreen)
