Mop 2 Error "Make sure dust compartment is installed"

My vaccum robot mop2 keeps showing this error "please make sure dust compartment is installed".
I have placed the dust compartment but I receive the error and my mop doesnt work.

If you have a second compartment (I have 2...one for dust only and one for dust and water), try that. I have the mop too, and the combi of water tank and dust needed to be replaced and it was solved.

I just have one dust compartment.
