Resolved Motorola RAZR XT910 - Broken gps.conf

I noticed that /etc/gps.conf file in 2.12.14 build for Motorola RAZR XT910 (umts_spyder) is broken in a number of ways:

1. The file contains 2 non-ASCII bytes in the beginning.
2. The file contains DOS/Windows line endings.
3. The file enforces Chinese NTP and SUPL servers, which slows down obtaining a GPS fix for European users (MIUI is based on Eropean ROM, thus due to XT910 being locked to a region it is aimed at European devices).

Please find attached gps.conf (renamed to gps.conf.txt due to restrictions imposed on file extensions by forum configuration) file which corrects the bugs above.
