If apps are in background ,for example games downloading files , they stop d loading when not active onscreen.
what can be done about it?
Probably it is good and prevents drain etc. but this phone has plenty of power for multitasking. Atm i run 37 tabs in chrome as standard browser is limited to 16 tabs.

There's no problem with downloading files when screen is off. Just make sure you have correct Wi-Fi sleep policy.
