New Music player bug MI9

Hello, I have a problem here, yesterday I buy a new earphone a "Samsung ANC type c earphone" but everytime I put on music player the music start but is mute, volume is ok always on high, I tested on YouTube is work perfectly, this thing only got mute on music player, to get music work I need to press the "on/off" button and the music start to working, someone can help?, Thank you.

I have a similar problem with my xiaomi anc type c headphones. Music will be working fine, and sometimes if a skipped the song i am playing, the audio goes off and i can't hear anything again in the phone only if i removed and plugged in the headphones again.
