My note 11 pro won't turn on

I got the note 11 pro 4 days ago, I noticed it was the internet would go off and on but I just attributed it to a settings issue. I was on YouTube yesterday when it suddenly went off at 96%, it wasn't hot, there was no smell pointing to anything being burnt.
I tried to put on, reboot, I tried every hack I could find on the net but all I have is a blank screen. No MIUI logo, nothing but a black dead screen.

Please what can I do?
