My phone doesn't exit Fastboot mode after the update.

Hello, I tried to update my 13 Ultra using fastboot, but even though the process is complete, it is stuck on the fastboot screen and doesn't change. Is there anything I can do to fix it?

I have the same issue. I'm trying to solve it for whole day

Have you tried to flash your phones using USB 2.0 cables? Eventually using an USB 2.0 hub to force the communication between the PC and phone to be slower.
