My POCO X3 Pro is having severe issues

I cannot screenshot anymore. It just gets corrupted. And also, when i try to download something in google chrome, the file is just gonna be marked as either "pending", "paused" and "failed". Symptoms like these just popped up and my phone isn't even 3 months old yet. Please help i need my problem to be fixed asap

do you use the xiaomi.eu rom or the original ?
