Need Help With Call Audio Issue - New Xiaomi Mix

I have problem. Sometimes, when I received a call, or make a call I cannot hear the voice of the caller. It is silent.
Any of you experiencing the same issue? How to resolve it?

I have not such problem. Why don't you update to the lastest EU, 7.1.19?

OK. so what you do is ; you download a new version from this forum, https://xiaomi.eu/community/forums/miui-weekly-rom-releases.103/

next you put it in your phone,
you restart to recovery (easieest way is to go to updater app, en in the top right corner chose recovery)
there you instal the new downloaded version.
wipe dalvik/cache
reboot

and let us know

(please download the correct version for your phone (remember, working twrp and unlocked bootloader)

You can check.

Go to updater app
In the right upper corner menu, choose start in recovery (or simular)
Wait for reboot and if you get twrp, then you have it.
If you get something else, you do not have it.
If you do not have it, keep pressing power button till reboot.
