Need some help please

Just downloaded MIUI GB, haven't used MIUI in a couple months so I'm a little rusty. I'm trying to download some things off the market, titanium backup for one to get my stuff back and nothing is downloading. The bar just isn't moving. Can anyone help?

In the Gingerbread builds, there was a "Downloads" app added. Click that, then hit the menu button, and hit the "Download from Mobile/3G" or whatever option it says. Then, try downloading again. Let me know if it works!
