I have a Note 13 Pro 5G phone, Chinese version, with a global ROM. Due to the GSM and G3 networks, it works well, but the phone chip remains for a period of time. You choose when activating 4G or LTE networks.
4G and LTE are just different names for the same thing.
CN devices do not support some 4G/LTE bands, such as B20 (800MHz).
If your carrier uses these bands, you cannot use them.

If you have an unlocked bootloader, install a CN modem.img. If you are using a Global ROM with a global modem on a CN device, this may be the cause of your problems.
Unfortunately the bootloader is locked. You tried it using mi unlock and it gives a problem due to activation, region, and even the php tool. You have not purchased the bootloader yet.
