Network diagnostics fc

Hey, when my network is seemingly fine the network diagnostics crashes. Running the latest on desire and have dine a complete wipe of everything so I think its a problem in the translation files thanks!

I checked (Running MIUI newest on HTC Desire CDMA), and there is no force close here.
