New phone not working well

Hello!

I went to get Xiaomi Redmi 1S from post today and opened package. Started to use it normally and battery was at 56%

After installing apps and other things i saw battery was at 8% and i plugged phone in charger. After that battery percent drained to zero. Now when i try to charge it percent gets to 1 and then 0

Tried with three different chargers. HTC, SAMSUNG, XIAOMI

Maybe battery is faulty?

Have you tried to update ROM and/or doing a full wipe?

Got it working now. Problem was in rom and charger.

Did you removed the stripe from battery ?
