New phone today bootloader lock and unlock question

Hi everyone, I'm getting a new phone today that comes with the bootloader already unlocked and on Global rom. Should I flash the China rom then lock the phone and then unlock it right after with my mi account? and then after that I should install the global rom and then finally the xiaomi.eu rom? Are these the steps I have to take in order? Please help soon so I can start fixing this up. Thank you.

If the bootloader is unlocked... Just enjoy the unlocked phone. You don't need to have it relocked. Flash TWRP or your preferred recovery and flash whatever ROM you want.
