Invalid No 5 GHz band option for Wi-Fi tethering

I'd like to share my mobile connection on 5 GHz Wi-Fi band but there is no option to choose the band in the settings. I am pretty sure there was such an option on official ROM. Please enable this option. Or can I at least enable it through adb?

Can't be a bug, more likely an intentional restriction.
Try changing "Wi-Fi region" to something other than your country.

I got it working probably by executing this command:

adb shell settings put global tether_dun_required 0
