no fastboot on new mi4

As the title states I can't enter the fastboot mode on my mi4. When I try to do so it briefly states something about factory state and then drops me into a Chinese bootloader which does enable me to test all device settings but it doesn't show fastboot.
If you have any suggestions I would be very grateful.

Yes. You can give this phone to a dog to play as a toy or return it to where you bought it. It's just a fake phone. And don't ask about flashing or etc. You can't do anything with it. This is not a Mi4.

On aliexpress. This one was 40$ cheaper than all other offers so I already knew what could happen.
