No Network In Sim 1 With Eu Rom

I had the same issues after flashing rom.
I solved them in this way:
I hope you have unlocked bootloader and TWRP recovery installed. If not, you should do it. Then make backup of your efs partition in twrp.
Then download the file https: //drive. google. com/ open?id= 0BzFxTDPkbNXVUDI3RDA4NHZWZEU (Remove blanks in url)
and unzip it into backup folder (smth.like sdcard/TWRP/BACKUPS/xxxxxxx/2017-03-29-11-22-3/) with replacing your efs files. After that restore backup with TWRP and reboot.
If it doesn't work, try to do this way: https: // xiaomifirmware.com/ guides-and-tips/ fix-missing-network-issue-redmi-4/

after installation ROM, the system directory pulled file NON-HLOS.bin, then fastboot mode and command

fastboot flash modem NON-HLOS.bin
fastboot erase modemst1
fastboot erase modemst2
fastboot reboot

We need a working sim1&2 xiaomi.eu rom, please! I've flashed prada_modems but I still have only 3G connection in sim1 slot
Edit: I've downgraded to Official chinese miui rom 8.1.5.0 and now the SIM1 line works in 4G mode and when I turn on data connection it turns to 3G/H+ speed... With 8.0.3.0 miui original rom it both worked at 4G speed, how can I get back to the original state? Maybe flashing china miui 8.0.3.0?

I had a similar problem after installing last stable xiaomi.eu rom: sim1 just worked on 2G networks. So I found in another thread of this forum this website https://xiaomifirmware.com/guides-and-tips/fix-missing-network-issue-redmi-4/ , downloaded the prada_modems.zip and instaled the 3 zips in order via recovery (actually though updater app that makes it automatically) and after that I've a 4G voice network and H+ data connection.

Extract the file NON-HLOS.bin from your current ROM or from another ROM - try both alternatives.
Phone in fastboot mode (Vol DOWN + POWER) and run this commands:

fastboot flash modem NON-HLOS.bin
fastboot erase modemst1
fastboot erase modemst2
fastboot reboot

Now my Redmi 4 works perfect.
