No "prefer Lte" In Xiaomi.eu_multi_kenzo_6.4.14_v7-5.1

I flashed xiaomi.eu_multi_kenzo_6.4.14_v7-5.1 in my phone. "Prefer LTE" network is available. Then I change my SIM card to new number. After that I can't find "Prefer LTE" option, only 3G and 2G option. I tried to change to my first SIM card, but the "Prefer LTE" now is not available.In other forum suggests that I change the "Locale" setting, but there's no "Local" setting in Xiaomi.eu ROM. I lives in Indonesia, South East Asia.
How to make "Prefer LTE" available again?
