No Recovery Modus After Update To 7.0

Hello
After the Update my Device Mi4s to Miui 8.2 xiaomi.eu 7.2.9 ,i have no recovery modus,no twrp,no stock recovery.So i cant install newest Update,or Anything.
Who can Help?

I think you have bootloader locked. Apply for unlocking on en.miui.unlock, after this flash twrp recovery 7.0 specific to your device, flash SuperSU and after this you will be able to install newest xiaomi.eu roms. Good luck.

Thank you.My Problem is,to Unlock the mi4s i must install a orig.dev Rom,i cant do this because the recovery dosnt work,and the bootloader is locked.I have the sms from xiaomi to Unlock,but with my current Android 7 rom it goes only 50% than a error that calls: The Account info ios not the same info as on your Phone or so!

You can try follow this thread here to flashing official fastboot developer rom with xiaomiflash/miflash tool before unlocking your bootloader.
