New No vídeo play Xiaomi 13 pro

Hello guys!
I don't know whats happening but mi Xiaomi 13 pro just freezes the video playback. The videos just show the first frame and then nothing in apps like tiktok, Instagram,... Does anybody knows the solution?
Already tried updating and force restarting but nothing!
