Hello. I've been having an odd, new issue for me for the past hour. No videos can't be plated, either from Instagram reels, Youtube, the phone gallery itself, Whatsapp or all other forms of streaming such as Netflix or Crunchyroll. In addition, if I open the phone camera and switch to Video, it freezes and you see the blurry image instead of properly loading the video mode.
I am linking a thread that seems to be the most similar to my issue.

And it seems that TWRP is a recommended app to use to delete a certain file, which seems to have worked for some people, but I am still afraid.
Also, I am afraid to do the typical ''just restart the phone and it will work'' since up until two days ago my Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 was having issues with the volume up / down and power buttons, and I fear that restarting it will send me into a loop of Fastboot, which already happened to me.
Any suggestions? Do I go with TWRP? do I try and restart?
