No wifi connection

Apps in Google Playstore will not update because of failed wifi connection? Internet is working though. Installed rom again, without succes. Wiped cache in Playstore and in Services, without succes. Tried to connect with orther device ln hotspot connection, without succes. How can i get updating apps Playstore working again?

Found a solution on XDA. Sent it to my friend, he tried out and it works.
