Not Loosing Twrp

Pls suggest me what to do for NOT loosing TWRP after flashing a new miui rom?

I have Redmi 4 prime with officially Unlocked BL and installed TWRP 3.0.3-0.
Now I have the latest Global stable v8.2.4.0 and I want to go back to the older rom of Stable Eu multi v8.1.3.0.

I think, at first I need to flash with the file "no-verity-opt-encrypt.zip", correct?
Then what is correct procedure for flashing thru TWRP not to have Bootloop and not to loose TWRP ??

You don't lose twrp when flashing a xiaomi.eu rom.

Also I would recommend doing a factory reset, as you are coming from global version and want to downgrade.
