note 12 4g nfc topaz fastboot help

Hello

i have one redmi note 12 4g nfc (topaz), that is only in fastboot mode, i try all the keys combinations and nothing, It is always in fastboot.

i try the miflash and it give a error that the (erase in not alowed in lock state).

i try the miflash unlock but it give me a error that i have to go to setting/dev mode...

i want to ask is there anything i can do, to trying save this phone or is dead?

i don´t know what else i can do..
