Note 13 4G (Root & unlock bootloader) Problems

I want to install any ROM, whether official or not — the important thing is that the bootloader remains locked and the ROM does not require root access by default. I want WhatsApp and other security-sensitive apps to work properly and fully, 100%.

But i need to use miui dialer and record my calls

- If you have the non-NFC version (VNGMIXM) there is no official ROM with Mi dialer.
- If you have the NFC version (VNHMIXM) you can try Taiwan or Russian ROM.

This requires the following steps:
1, unlock bootloader
2, install RU or TW ROM (should include Mi dialer/call recording)
3, check if it includes Mi dialer
4, lock bootloader
