Nothing requiring location permissions can locate me, despite having permissions granted.

Mi Mix 2, MIUI 10 xiaomi.eu 8.7.5 beta

Google Maps can't find me, no weather apps can find me. I'm in Canada, not sure if that matters.

Any ideas?
