Notification Curtain[TOPAZ]

Hello everyone. The notification curtain from MIUI does not work correctly. It works in all applications, but in the Whatapp messenger and Telegram it is displayed as a notification curtain from Android. How to fix the problem? Maybe there is some kind of fix?
Redmi note 12 4G NFC [TOPAZ] HyperOS 1.0.7.0 xiaomi.eu
