New Notification on Facebook and WhatsApp (miui 9.8.9)

I'm using the miui 10 version 9.8.9. and I have this problem Facebook notification and WhatsApp, I try everything but not works, looks like a bug .

Same bug here. Also the notifications are white on the night mode.
