Notifications frequency / less frequent notifications

Hi, I'm new to Xiaomi and MIUI, and so far I haven't found anything like this:

I don't want to use that Xposed module or anything, but the feature itself. I come from resurrection remix, which did have this option.

Is there a similar option in MIUI/xiaomi.eu ROMs? Maybe it could be a cool feature request?
