Notifications Problem

Hi all, I bought a redmi 2, 3 days ago and I have a big problem.
Notifications will not come to me in whatsapp or anything.
The apps notify me when i open the app and until i open the app did not arrive whatsapp messages or emails.
I have the latest weekly update of MIUI 7

On the other phones if I work well, and I have another redmi 2 with the same rom and it all works well

Anybody can tell me?

Even when using mobile browsing or Facebook app for example, do not recive the whatsapp or anything ... The Whatsapp they send me are only with a one tick, what I do not receive the message until i open it

Hello, synchronizations and notification management are exactly set to the other phone?
 
Hi everybody!
Settings are okey, and perfectly configured autostart and permissions.
I have tried to change the rom and do wipes but the issue still...

But because Manuel Valverde said that he had the same problem and solved it with the 7.1.2.0 stable rom...
Anyway, on friday i will update, but if it does not work i will test the stable ROM

I hope to get lucky like Manuel....
I am crazyyyyy and I do not what test to solve my problem.... Hahahaha

The strange is that I have another Redmi 2 in my home and it works perfectly with weekly rom
