We are a new MVNO and want to push our APN settings to users' smartphones using OMA client provisioning binary messages. As we are testing with Poco x3, we can see that the message is reaching the phone and appears on notification but when the user clicks on it to install it it shows there is no message. If anybody can help me to understand it.
