New One-handed mode - not holding settings

I believe that I have isolated this to rebooting. After a re-boot, even though one-handed mode is still shown as activated, you have to reset (turn off, then on again) to have one-handed mode available again.

The video runs very fast also.

I can confirm this issue on Mi 9 running the latest 9.10.31. After every reboot I have to disable and reenable the one hand mode in order for it to work.
