Oneplus 3t Vs Xiaomi Mi5s. Let Me Know!

Hi Guys!

I have both phones at home, and I decided to do something back for the community. Make a comparison video regarding the camera quality.

The hyped 3T is introduced and easy to get your hands on. Many people wrote / made a review for the 3T, but I was curious how it performs against the Mi5s. Although the camera samples did look good from the PR and Marketing department from One Plus, I wanted to know how 'good', good is.. and yes.. 'good' between brackets.. Are you curious regarding the results yet?

Take a look at the 3 samples provided and let me know in the comment section which sample belongs to which phone. I am curious if you can distinguish this easily! If you want to know the answer to the sample, I made a camera comparison video, which is posted below the 3 samples. The images are 25mb large, so be careful if you're not on wifi.

Maybe you have seen this image in the video, but I couldnt withstand to not highlight this image, taken with the Mi5s, because the low-light capabilities of the Mi5s is amazing!

So, let's wrap up this post. I would like to hear your thoughts regarding the results. The 3T is hyped and their PR and Marketing dept. did their best to show their camera in the best way. What do you think of these real samples, and please let me know which images you think look better, as well as any other thoughts you might have!

Just finished watching it.

Well, it seems to me that Mi5s has a better camera and also that it could be improved via software to meet the performance of pixel.

I would like to hear from you about battery life and reliability as I still consider switching from the Mi5s to the opo3t.

Haha, I am a Xiaomi fan, but I have to say, the OP3T does a good job. I am not a big fan of camera's that are protruding from the metal body, so that's a big downside for me. The OIS looks like to do a bit better than the EIS on the Mi5s, so I have to give credits to the OP3T. On the other hand, the sensor in the Mi5s is in my eyes much better, making the Mi5s in general slightly better in my eyes.

Ofcourse, factors such as low light, smooth camera movements etc is important as well, and well, you saw the huge differences in the video i guess?

Everything as default, as I believe regular users (your mom, aunt of 45 and sister etc..) will not play with the settings. Therefore, pictures taken with the defaults settings on the 3T and Mi5s.

Hi, I liked your video and I need to say that I hoped to watch this three months ago. I was really looking for a good phone with a good camera for the best price.
I'm a proud owner of the mi5s and its camera is amazing!
I really like the function that you can change the filters before the picture is taken
