Only 2g and says my phone is in roaming. Xiaomi 11T Pro

Hi there, so I have this problem that pisses me off very very much, my phone shows "R" means it is in roaming, and also it has only 2g. When I inserted my sim-card into my friend's phone everything worked fine, 4g+ like intended. But not on my phone. Please help me. I've done some things ChatGPT recommended me to. Nothing else worked. I swear to god Im about to throw this phone in my wall.
