Only show contacts from specific groups?

Hi,

I have about 1500 contacts with my Google Account (business + friends) and they all have phone numbers, but I don't want them all to show up in my phone.

How can I make the contacts app sync only with a specific group of my Google Contacts?

I hope to help you. You must to check all your contacts 1 by 1 and edit them and then you can check the phone type and be sure every phone number has configured their correct phone type, for example: Nomber: 8717234567 type: Cell Phone Number: 453564 (ext 4326) type: Office Number.
If you do this, you will be able to see all your phone numbers whereaver you want.

or just pin your contacts to specific groups, so they'll be saved on google account.
do it on gmail contacts manager to make it easier (manage many contacts at once)
